Mission Achievement
I have a mission: Empowering
Christian leaders and organizations to close the
rhetoric/reality gap.
I have defined the achievement of my mission in terms of 5 measurable goals:

I have defined the achievement of my mission in terms of 5 measurable goals:
- Coaching: 50 Christian leaders I have coached
reporting achieving their coaching goals.
- Consulting: 10 Christian leaders/organizations
I’ve consulted with reporting increased capacity to
achieve goals.
- Networking: Participating in 5 communities of
practice and developing 5 communities of practice.
- Resourcing: Christian leaders having needed
coaching, productivity, and Christian education
resources, as measured by having 10,000 hits on
Close the Gap Now’s web site.
- Training: 10 Christian organizations reporting increased results in terms of participants using coaching, being productive, or teaching from a Biblical perspective.
