What does it take to achieve your mission?

I have a mission: Empowering Christian leaders and organizations to close the rhetoric/reality gap.

I have defined the achievement of my mission in terms of 5 measurable goals:
  1. Coaching: 50 Christian leaders I have coached reporting achieving their coaching goals.
  2. Consulting: 10 Christian leaders/organizations I’ve consulted with reporting increased capacity to achieve goals.
  3. Networking: Participating in 5 communities of practice and developing 5 communities of practice.
  4. Resourcing: Christian leaders having needed coaching, productivity, and Christian education resources, as measured by having 10,000 hits on Close the Gap Now’s web site.
  5. Training: 10 Christian organizations reporting increased results in terms of participants using coaching, being productive, or teaching from a Biblical perspective.
To achieve these 5 measurable goals, I schedule and complete various activities. This means that I complete activities that help me achieve my goals, and, consequently, my mission.
